Klwin16 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules You Need to Know

01 Definitions & Interpretations

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "klwin16" or "Platform" refers to the website, online services, mobile applications, and all digital products operated under the klwin16 brand at the domain klwin16.net.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses klwin16's services in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by the User on the klwin16 platform, including all associated data, account balance, and transaction history.
• "Bet" or "Bet" refers to any activity involving real-money wagering on sports matches, casino games, slots, e-sports, or any other betting products available on klwin16.
• "Bonus" refers to credit funds, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits offered by klwin16 to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Malaysian Ringgit" (MYR) is the official currency used for all transactions on klwin16. No other currency is accepted.

02 Registration Eligibility

To register and use klwin16's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

Mandatory Requirements

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. klwin16 does not permit minors to use this platform under any circumstances.
• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia and accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• You are registering voluntarily in your own name — not on behalf of another person or as a representative of a corporate entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and you have not been declared bankrupt or subject to any legal proceedings that limit your financial capacity.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from using the klwin16 platform.

Absolute Prohibitions

• Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using klwin16's services.
• Employees, contractors, and agents of klwin16 are prohibited from participating in any betting activity on this platform.
• Individuals under klwin16's self-exclusion programme are prohibited from re-registering under a new identity.

03 User Account

Account Registration

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at klwin16 at any time. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your correct date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.

Account Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and klwin16 account login credentials.
• Never share your password with anyone – including family members or friends. klwin16 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
• Notify klwin16 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Use a strong, unique password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Klwin16 may request that a User undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly prior to withdrawals exceeding a certain amount. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

All deposits into a klwin16 account must be made using payment methods listed on the platform, in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow Transfer, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as online banking via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks (FPX). The minimum deposit is RM30.

• Deposits are processed almost instantly for all e-wallet and FPX methods.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Klwin16 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your klwin16 account are subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account or e-wallet registered in the User's name.

• Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes upon approval.
• Withdrawals via FPX may take up to one (1) business day to process.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Klwin16 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.
• Klwin16 does not charge any withdrawal fees – however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Klwin16 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer, as well as the following general provisions.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per User, per account, per phone number, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled within the specified validity period before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Rollover is calculated based on the value of the bonus funds (or deposit + bonus) that must be wagered. Example: a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requires a total of RM1,000 in wagers.
• Not all games contribute at the same rate towards the rollover. Rollover contributions by game type are as follows: slots (100%), Live Casino including baccarat and roulette (20%), Sports Betting (100%). These figures may vary depending on the specific promotion.
• Klwin16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.

Bonus-Related Prohibitions

• Claiming bonuses using another person's identity, account, or phone number.
• Colluding between two or more accounts to dishonestly meet bonus rollover requirements (bonus abuse).
• Systematically using low-risk betting techniques (such as betting on both sides of a single event) to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk.

06 Game Rules

All games available on klwin16 – including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and e-sports – are subject to the specific rules for each game as displayed within the platform, as well as the following general rules.

Sports Betting

• All odds displayed are in Decimal or Malaysian format (depending on your account settings) and are accurate at the time of display.
• Klwin16 reserves the right to void or correct any bet where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the User unless klwin16 provides a "cash out" option for that match.
• For live Sports Betting, match results are final once confirmed by the recognised match organiser.
• Matches that are postponed, cancelled, or not resolved within the specified timeframe will be declared void and all stakes returned, unless otherwise stated.

Live Casino & Table Games

• The outcome of all Live Casino games is final once announced by the dealer and confirmed by the klwin16 system.
• Internet or technical disruptions during an active round do not void bets that have already been placed – the system will record the outcome based on the data received.
• If a disruption occurs after a bet is placed but before the round begins, the funds will be returned to the User's account.

07 User Conduct

Klwin16 expects all Users to engage with the platform and with other users in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against the account in question:

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Klwin16 reserves the right to suspend or close any User's account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• Violation of any provision in this Terms & Conditions document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to verify your identity or submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account use by a minor, or the discovery that registration information was falsified.
• At the request of a relevant law enforcement authority or regulatory body.

09 Limitation of Liability

Klwin16 services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law. Users access this platform at their own risk.

• Klwin16 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Users as a result of betting activity on this platform.
• Klwin16 is not liable for system failures, internet disruptions, or delays caused by third parties, including internet service providers and payment processors.
• Klwin16 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Klwin16's total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10 Responsible Gaming

Klwin16 is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that betting can become a problematic habit for some individuals, and we take this responsibility seriously.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limit: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within a 24-hour period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a defined period of time.
• Session Time Limit: The klwin16 system can be configured to send you an alert once you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Temporary Break: Self-suspend your account for 24 hours, a week, or a month whenever you need a break.
